These are specific standards that Charter Oak Cluster has approved for the listed design elements in our neighborhood.  Always check with the Reston Association prior to making any change to the exterior of your property.  Most changes, including some of the listed Cluster design elements will require an application and approval from the Reston Association.

If you are planning an exterior change to your property including tree removal, that change may need to be reviewed and approved. Maintaining or refurbishing an already-approved exterior feature does not need review or approval as long as it retains its original DRB-approved design.
